These terms apply when you use Kya Khoge on WhatsApp or on the web. By using the service you agree to them.

The service

Kya Khoge suggests daily meal plans and recipes based on the preferences you give us. The service is in early testing, so features may change, pause or be withdrawn.

Food and health information

Meal plans, calorie counts and nutrition figures are estimates for general guidance. They are not medical or dietary advice. If you have an allergy, a health condition or a specific dietary need, check every ingredient yourself and speak to a doctor or dietitian before relying on a plan.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information so your plans suit your household.
• Share menus only with people you choose, such as your cook or family.
• Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Messages

By signing up you agree to receive menu and service messages from Kya Khoge on WhatsApp. You can stop them at any time by replying STOP.

Pricing

Kya Khoge is currently free during testing. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you the price clearly and ask for your agreement before charging anything.

Our content

The Kya Khoge name, recipes, text and design belong to us. You may use them for your own household. Please do not copy or resell them.

Liability

We work to keep Kya Khoge accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that result from relying on a meal plan or from the service being unavailable.

Ending use

You can stop using Kya Khoge at any time. We may suspend access if these terms are broken.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction over any dispute.
