Kya Khoge ("we", "us") plans daily meals for households and delivers them over WhatsApp and the web. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Contact details: your phone number, and your name or email address if you give them.
• Food preferences: diet type, cuisines, number of meals, goals and other settings you choose.
• Kitchen information: ingredients you tell us you have, including photos you send for that purpose.
• Messages: what you send to Kya Khoge on WhatsApp, so we can respond and adjust your plan.
• Basic usage data: such as when a menu was sent or opened, to keep the service working.

How we use it

• To create, send and adjust your meal plans.
• To share a menu with your cook when you ask us to.
• To answer your questions and provide support.
• To improve the quality of our suggestions and fix problems.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Sharing a menu with your cook

When you forward a menu, the link opens a page showing the dishes and recipes for that day. It does not show your phone number, your preferences or your message history.

Who processes your data

We use trusted service providers to run Kya Khoge, including WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta) to send and receive messages, and cloud database hosting located in India. They process data only on our instructions. Messages sent over WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while you use Kya Khoge. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep some of it longer.

Your choices

• Stop messages at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp.
• Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by emailing us.
• Withdraw your consent at any time. We will then stop the service for you.
• Raise a complaint with us, and with the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied with our response.

Children

Kya Khoge is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in an important way, we will update the date above and tell you on WhatsApp.
